At By Bler’s, we only accept returns or exchanges in cases of product damage, defect, or wrong delivery.

 

Conditions:

 

                          Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

                          Photo/video proof is required

                          Product must be unused

 

Process:

 

                          Send an email to support@byblers.com

                          We will review the case and respond with a resolution

                          If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund
