At By Bler’s, we only accept returns or exchanges in cases of product damage, defect, or wrong delivery.
Conditions:
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Photo/video proof is required
• Product must be unused
Process:
• Send an email to support@byblers.com
• We will review the case and respond with a resolution
• If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund
Non-returnable items:
• Used or opened items
• Sale or personalized products
