Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Deliveries usually take 10-20 days via express shipping. Please note that due to customs clearance, delivery times may vary and are not fully under our control.

 

Q: Do you ship to all regions?

A: Yes, we currently ship to North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo.

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of your order.

Standard Shipping:
North Macedonia: 150 den
Albania: 4.5
Kosovo: 4.5

 

2. Payments

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: At the moment, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Card payments will be available soon.

 

Q: Can I pay in my local currency?

A: Yes, prices are displayed in your local currency depending on your selected location.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

 

Q: Can I return an item?

A: Since all product photos and descriptions are 100% real and accurate, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please read all product details carefully before placing your order.

 

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?

A: If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Note: For fragile items, once the package is opened, it loses its insured status. Please contact us before opening if you have concerns.

A: Yes. While some product images come directly from our trusted suppliers, all items are 100% real and carefully selected to reflect what you see online.
